eAuction turns high-stakes procurement into a mobile-native, actionable workflow.
Precision Meets Usability.
Every screen was sketched to remove guesswork. The buyer view shows real-time savings by item and total, supplier rankings, auction timer, and action buttons—all at a glance. The supplier screen emphasizes bid history, current rank, and a fast-update input. Alerts, trends, and communication options are built in for both sides—creating an ecosystem that supports rapid, informed decisions on the go.

Problem
Procurement auctions are often managed through clunky, web-based tools that lack real-time responsiveness and user-friendly interfaces—especially on mobile. Buyers struggle to monitor key metrics like best bids, supplier rankings, and time left, while suppliers face barriers in quickly submitting or updating bids. With multiple suppliers involved and decisions needed fast, the process becomes inefficient, error-prone, and intimidating for non-technical users.

Solution
eAuction is a mobile app built to simplify complex B2B auction flows for both buyers and suppliers. I designed two focused user journeys: one for the buyer to track real-time offers, supplier rankings, and perform critical actions like extending or closing the auction; and another for suppliers to update bids, track rank, and communicate directly with buyers. The layout was structured to be clear, fast, and scalable—even with 20+ suppliers active. No training required, just intuitive use.

Concept
The concept behind eAuction is simple: reduce mental load, increase clarity, and make every second count. Inspired by competitive interfaces like stock trackers and bidding platforms, I blended that urgency with enterprise-level structure. The buyer interface provides a real-time control hub; the supplier screen mirrors a live performance dashboard. Each screen was designed to answer one question quickly: “What’s my next move?”
